As the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director, I have been leading the transformation of our group, focusing on digitalization, sustainability, and supply chain resilience. We are adapting our systems from the old days to the new, embracing changes that will drive our success in the future. Together, we are building a stronger and more innovative organization.
Ravi Subramanyam, an accomplished individual, established the RISE & SHINE Company in February 2009. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from IIM, he has earned several honorary degrees from prestigious universities in India. Ravi serves as the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of various group operating companies within the RISE & SHINE Group, which operates in UAE, Qatar, KSA, Oman, India, Canada, and the Institution of Passive Fire Protection.
Through his discreet vision and self-motivated attitude, Ravi has propelled the Rise & Shine Group to become a prominent market leader in a remarkably short period in the Middle East and India. Starting his career as a Marketing professional, he established his own ventures in Sharjah, UAE, and expanded into Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, India, and Canada. Ravi’s hard-working nature, driven outlook, collaborations with fellow businesspeople, and unparalleled vision have garnered immense admiration.
